St. Joseph's Academy
Making Hope Real
Parent and Alumnae Retreat - Summer 2019
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where it is hard to hold onto hope? Hope is an invitation to see and appreciate the world, much like God does, and believe that things can improve. It is a call to action rather than a chance to stick our heads in the sand and cross our fingers.
Join us for a Day of Reflection and learn ways to make hope real, even when the season of life feels anything but hopeful. Walk away with tools for naming what's really going on in your life, how to bring the reality of what you are facing to God and how to nurture hope. The retreat will be led by Becky Eldredge, a 1998 graduate of SJA. She is an Ignatian-trained spiritual director, retreat facilitator and writer who helps others create space to connect faith and everyday life. She is the author of Busy Lives and Restless Souls (Loyola Press).
Saturday, June 29 | 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. | SJA Mother Alice Hall (3080 Kleinert Avenue)
